Produced by acclaimed producer Alexander Vargas on his farm, la Piragua, near Acevedo in Huila, Colombia. Alexander is dedicate to producing Specialy Coffee, having spent over 20 years refining his skills at his farm which includes an on site coffee lab. His efforts have been recognised at coffee competitions and have earnt him National Cup of Excellence nominations.
Alexander is also committed to his community, mentoring young coffee farmers and helping them along the path of producing specialty coffee.
This coffee presents complex flavours of tropical fruits, including pineapple, orange peel, peach and sugar cane with a heady aroma of coffee blossom.
