The roots of Fazenda Estrela Carvalho were planted in 1981 in the Pântano terroir, a region at 1130 meters of elevation, located in Coromandel, in the Cerrado Mineiro. The owners of the farm, José Ricardo de Carvalho and family, have great love for the land.
