Red ripe cherries are hand picked and delivered to the local washing station (called Factories in Kenya), where they are hand sorted, pulped and graded for size. The resulting parchment is sun-dried for at least 7 days.
This coffee is typical of a regional Kenyan coffee with classic black currant and chocolate flavours and hints of citrus.
